The Priory Rooms, 40 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6AF

As the government continues to make cuts to the public sector and its services, local organisations increasingly have to pick up the pieces and fill the gaps that have been left. More changes that affect these organisations are inevitable.

A new commission is looking at the help needed to set up and run charities and community groups. The Commission on the Future of Local Infrastructure is an independent body that wants to find out how to best support local groups.

Many charities and community groups have already had a say. Make sure the commission hear your ideas about the support you need by attending an open evidence-gathering event at The Priory Rooms in Birmingham on Friday 20 June. You can attend either from 10 am – 12 pm or 1 pm – 3 pm.
